Breathe
In a few short sessions, you’ll master the physical techniques for owning and projecting your unique voice with clarity and confidence.
Develop an awareness of your voice, body and how to make the two work together.
Project
Once there is evidence of integration between mind and the connection to the physical body you’re ready to graduate. You’re learning how to draw from your core gathering momentum for delivering and releasing your message.
Whether singing, speaking, presenting or simply asking for support or using your voice to speak your truth – projection is a matter of letting go technically, physically and mentally with the confidence to do so.
Perform
Now that you’ve learned to breathe deep from your power source versus shallow chest breathing, and you’re experiencing what your voice and entire physical body feels like when it comes from a supported place, you’re ready to perform if this is a personal goal for you.
Clients learn the ins and outs of working on a stage complete with lights, microphone, live professional musicians and supportive audience. The practice of performing takes one’s confidence to a whole new level. As a performer, there is nothing like connecting with your audience on a deep level using the power of your voice.
